Since Broderbund products are designed primarily for use in North America, and since Technical Support is not provided for Broderbund products outside North America, I'm not sure that there is any way to purchase The Print Shop 2.0 Professional outside North America. But, I do know that you have to be very careful to NOT purchase the Mackiev version of The Print Shop 2.0 (Mac) - because that is a much older version which is designed strictly for Macs.
However, since the older versions of Print Shop are being sold on the UK version of amazon.com, you might want to keep an eye on that web site http://www.amazon.co.uk/
