I recently bought CC12, but have been using CC10 for quite a while now. There are no instructions for installing as an upgrade! Not in the manual, nor on the website, nor anywhere in the forums!! Does anyone know how I should install? Just install over version 10? Uninstall 10 first? How do I backup all my old calendar data files? I find it hard to believe this information is unavailable anywhere. Has anyone ever upgraded before? I sure could use some pointers. I'm installing on a 3ghz PC with 2gb RAM, and running WinXP SP3.

Hello, mobius. You will want to uninstall the earlier version before installing the new. And save your calendar files (.bcc). You may want to save separate copies of your last version 10 calendars, since you won't be able to open them again in ver. 10 once you've saved them in ver. 12.
