32-bit version of Windows 7:
When a ‘clean’ install is done of PrintMaster 11, exactly as described in this FAQ
'Clean' Install on Win98/Me/XP/2000/Vista/Win7
PrintMaster 11 should install quite easily on a 32-bit version of Windows 7.
64-bit version of Windows 7:
When a ‘clean’ install is done of PrintMaster 11, exactly as described in this FAQ
'Clean' Install on Win98/Me/XP/2000/Vista/Win7
PrintMaster 11 should install quite easily on a 64-bit version of Windows 7.
NOTE: Even though PrintMaster 11 will successfully install on both a 32-bit version and a 64-bit version of Windows 7, there is no guarantee that PrintMaster 11 will be completely compatible with Windows 7 - because PrintMaster 11 was originally designed for only these Operating Systems
Windows 2000 / 95 / 98 / Me / NT
It is not possible to register PrintMaster 11 - because 1) PrintMaster 11 is several years old and 2) it is no longer possible to access the registration site. So, when you reach the registration phase of the installation process, the recommended procedure is to just click on 'Register Later'.
The 'ExpressIt' option on the splash screen will not work - because ExpressIt was discontinued approximately 2004.
