According to the Print Shop Development Team, the only difference between Print Shop version 23 and Print Shop 23.1 is that Print Shop 23.1 is more compatible with Windows 7 than is Print Shop 23. However, the Print Shop Development Team did not provide any specific details.
With Print Shop 23, the only currently known incompatibility with Windows 7 is that the 'Save as PDF' option does not work on the 64-bit version of Windows 7. However, there may be incompatibilities with Print Shop 23 on Windows 7 which have not as yet been identified by users.
