BEVERLYHULL -> print a folded greeting card (8/10/2010 8:38:10 AM)

I recently installed print master platinum 2.0. i cannot for the life of me print a folded greeting card.
I have an hp office jet pro l7580 printer. I do not see anything in my drop down menu for card printing.
I am very frustrated and about ready to send this software back. Can someone please help me.

I have no printing wizard or tool bar that is mentioned on other forum replies.

File | Print... gives you this window. (I've added some important info to the screenshot.)

Print side 1, re-insert the paper and print side 2.
