Brandy redux -> Error: There are more than 500 fonts on the system (8/13/2010 1:34:12 PM)

The "There are more than 500 fonts on the system" error message will occur when 1) MSWorks is installed on the computer and 2) More than 500 fonts are installed on the computer.
Since MSWorks has not been updated for WinXP, WinVista or Windows 7, MSWorks still works according to the old pre-WinXP rule which recommends that no more than 500 fonts be installed on the computer.
So, MSWorks will generate the "There are more than 500 fonts on the system" error message whenever it sees fit.
The only way to keep that error message from occurring is to either uninstall MSWorks or delete fonts from the computer until you reduce the number of fonts to less than 500.
