Brandy redux -> TPS Window Appears on Print Shop® Splash Screen (8/13/2010 6:20:47 PM)

When attempting to open Print Shop®, a TPS window opens on the Print Shop® splash screen. The only option available in the small TPS window is to click OK. This issue occurs when Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1 has been uninstalled.
Reinstall Microsoft® .NET Framework
1. Go to this web site
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package
then download and install .NET Framework 1.1
2. Go to this web site
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1
then download and install .NET Framework 1.1 SP 1.
