Brandy redux -> Zoom Button, Page Turner, Percentage Does Not Appear (8/13/2010 9:30:58 PM)

Following are the recommended procedures for fixing the problem of a missing Page Turner, Status Bar, Toolbar or Zoom button:
Procedure #1
Verify that the Status Bar is enabled in the program settings. Complete these steps:
1. Launch the program and open or create a multi-page project.
2. Click View in the menu bar and choose Show/Hide Toolbars.
3. Verify that a checkmark appears before the Status Bar heading. (If no checkmark appears, click Status Bar to check it.)
The Status Bar should appear at the bottom of the workspace and will include the Zoom button.
NOTE: If the Status Bar appears, but no Zoom button is present, continue with the next procedure.
Procedure #2
Complete the following steps:
1. With a multi-page project open on the programs workspace, click File in the menu bar and choose Print Preview.
2. In the Print Preview window that appears, click the Zoom In button and click Close to return to the project.
The Zoom button should now display.

NOTE: While you are determining who your video card manufacturer is, it is VERY important to remember to NOT click the 'Update Driver' button - because the Update Driver wizard searches the system (not the Internet) for drivers to the selected device.
