Hi dschilbe,
Since the Calendar Creator program controls all line spacing for all events, it is not possible to manually eliminate extra blank lines.
It is, though, possible to select an option which *might* (or, might not [:-]) cause the extra blank lines to disappear. So, you might want to try this:
1. Right click on a blank day cell.
2. When the menu drops down, select 'Properties'.
3. When the Properties window opens, click on the 'Miscellaneous' tab.
4. On the Miscellaneous tab, look for the option which says, "Fit event cell size to description".
5. Click in the box next to that option, to change that setting. (If there is already a check mark in that box, clicking in the box will remove the check mark; and, if there is no check mark in that box, clicking in the box will place a check mark in that box.)
6. Click on OK to return to the workspace.
7. Try using print preview or viewing printed page - to see if anything has changed.
