Calendar Creator's Cover Page option will allow you to indicate whether a Cover Page (with text and/or graphics) should be included with any calendar printout.

The Cover Page option can be selected in one of 2 ways:

1. Click on 'File' in the menu bar then select 'Page Setup' in the menu that drops down.

The 'Cover Page Picture' option will be displayed on the 'General' tab of the 'Page Setup' process.

2. Click on 'File' in the menu bar then select 'Print Wizard' in the menu that drops down.

The 'Cover Page' option will not be selectable in the 'Print Wizard' until you progress to the 'Print Wizard - Cover Page' window.

Regardless of whether you choose to use the 'Page Setup' option or the 'Print Wizard' option to set up your Cover Page, it is extremely important to keep in mind that a Cover Page file must be selected for the Cover Page. And, that Cover Page file must be a *.jpg file.

The blank field below the check box which selects the Cover Page option is used to indicate the file location of the Cover Page file. Use the 'Browse' button to search for the specific file.

To ensure that the text and graphics you choose to place on your Cover Page are displayed exactly as desired, it is necessary to create a separate *.jpg file which contains both the text and graphics. And, both the Orientation and the Width and Height settings for the Cover Page file must be exactly the same as the Orientation and the Width and Height measurements of the paper on which the Cover Page will be printed - because if the Orientation and the Width and Height dimensions are not the same, the Cover Page file will not be properly positioned on the Cover Page.

NOTE: It is possible to simply select a *.jpg graphic file for a Cover Page. However, as is stated above, if the Orientation and the Width and Height dimensions of that *.jpg graphic file are not exactly the same as the Orientation and the Width and Height measurements of the paper on which the Cover Page will be printed, the *.jpg graphic file will not be properly positioned on the Cover Page.
