Change your printer driver to a PDF printer. In the PDF printer settings, change the paper size to "tabloid" or 11x17. Save your project as PDF.
Even simpler, save your project as a high resolution JPG. This JPG can be opened on other computers and resized to print onto 11x17 paper.
Note: You should create your design with the same aspect ratio as 11:17. e.g. 5.5:8.5
