When a ‘clean’ install is done of Hoyle Slots and Video Poker, exactly as described in this FAQ http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=24104&mpage=1&key=%E5%B8%A8 it should be possible to successfully install Hoyle Slots and Video Poker on both a 32-bit version of Windows 7 and a 64-bit version of Windows 7.
