exbrooklyn -> Centering??? (1/7/2011 5:20:56 PM)

This is supposed to be such a great program (I'm using CC Deluxe v 12.1) but I can't firgure out how to do a simple thing like center an image or text box on the top page of a two page calendar. Printmaster - made by the same company - has this feature. How can I possibly print a calendar without knowing if my image is centered??? Am I missing something? Appreciate any help.

Hi exbrooklyn,

You are not missing anything. Calendar Creator does not offer 'Center on Page', 'Center Vertically' or 'Center Horizontally' options.

Calendar Creator does offer the option of centering a picture in a graphics box - by doing this:

1. Double click on the Picture

2, When the 'Layout Object Properties' window opens, click on the 'Picture' tab

3. Click in the box next to the word 'Center' in the 'Fit Picture in Area' section - to place a check mark in the box.

However, that 'Center' option is intended to center the picture only in the graphics box. It will not center the graphics box on the page.

So, in order to center the picture on the page, you must do this:

1. Click and drag to expand the graphics box left and right to the edge of the page.

2. Control the size of the picture in the graphics box by clicking and dragging to make the graphics box either taller or shorter.
