Problem
My disc is blank.
Solution
Since PrintMaster 2.0 and PrintMaster 2011 were released on a DVD, they cannot be installed from a CD-ROM drive - because CD-ROM drives cannot read DVDs. So, PrintMaster 2.0 and PrintMaster 2011 must be installed from a DVD drive.
If you do not have a DVD drive on your computer, please do keep in mind that if you purchased PrintMaster 2.0 and PrintMaster 2011 from a retail store within the last 90 days, or from broderbund.com within the last 30 days, you are eligible for a refund - even after the program has already been opened and installed.
