Hi Bob,
Try this:
1. Scroll to the first page of the Year view.
2. Right click on the events in the center of the page.
3. When the menu drops down, select 'Properties'.
4. When the 'Layout Object Properties' window opens, click on the 'Miscellaneous' tab.
5. On the 'Miscellaneous' tab, click in the box next to 'Show the titles, subtitles. footers on each page' - to place a check mark in that box.
6. Click on 'OK' to return to the calendar.
