Hi isis, If you will click on the link below http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=37934 you will see that it is possible to successfully install Print Shop 22 on even a 64-bit version of Windows 7. So, if you still have your Print Shop 22 discs, there is no need for you to update to a newer version of Print Shop. Where you said this: "I hadn't had the program that long before purchasing my computer and I would have thought that the program would have kept up with the new windows versions." Since Print Shop 22 was, actually, released in 2006 - before Windows Vista was released in 2007 - Print Shop 22 is a rather old program. And, the most important thing to keep in mind about 'keeping up with the new Windows versions' is that many software manufacturer's do not provide patches for Operating Systems that are released after the software is released. Instead, they expect users to purchase the newer versions of the software. Although Broderbund did release a Print Shop 22 patch for Windows Vista, Print Shop 22 was discontinued after Print Shop 23 was released and before Windows 7 was released. And, patches are never released after software is discontinued.
