How do I import photos from iPhoto into PrintMaster 2011? (MAC)
Solution
In order to import photos from iPhoto into PrintMaster 2011, you will need to copy the iPhoto images to the Pictures folders on your computer, as is described below:
1. Open 'Finder'
2. Click on 'Macintosh HD'
3. Double-click on the 'Users' folder
4. Double-click on the folder for your account (with the house icon)
5. Double-click on the 'Pictures' folder
6. Press and hold the 'Control' key on your keyboard, then click on the 'iPhoto Library' icon
7. When the menu drops down, click on "Show Package Contents"
8. Release the 'Control' key, then right click on the 'Originals' folder.
9. When the menu drops down, click on 'Copy "Originals"'
10. Click on the 'Back' button to return to the 'Pictures' folder
11. Right click on the 'Pictures' folder.
12. When the menu drops down, click on 'Paste item'.
13. Verify that the 'Originals' folder has been pasted, then close all open windows
14. Open a PrintMaster 2011 project
15. Click on 'Add a photo'
16. Navigate to the Originals subfolder in the Pictures folder - to find the picture you want to import
