Encore has reported that the language settings in Australia can conflict with the current versions of Print Shop 2.0 Pro - causing Australian customers to experience problems when attempting to access Online Content. As a result, Encore has developed a Slip Revision build which addresses this issue. Following is the proposed solution: 1. Uninstall Print Shop 2.0. 2. Download the Slip Revision (415 MB) from here: http://s3.encore.com.s3.amazonaws.com/support/Downloads/TPS2.0.1Pro.exe 3. Install the Slip Revision - using this activation key: 2HTW-0PVT-1W1W-1VLQ NOTE: the 0 in OPTV above MUST be entered as a numeric Zero (0) - NOT as an alpha O.
