If you encounter a Java error while attempting to open PM 2012, the first best thing to do would be to restart your computer, then try again to open PrintMaster 2012 - before opening any other programs.
If restarting your computer does not solve the problem, or if you encounter a Java error at any other time while attempting to use PrintMaster 2012, the next best thing to do would be to click on the link below
