I need to uninstall PS Pro Deluxe, version 15 so I can reinstall it. In Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel, it will not uninstall it. I get "Access Denied" The installation disc says it cannot install it because it is already installed. What should I do?

Hi Dan,

When any program cannot be uninstalled in the normal manner, there is only one other option - a manual uninstall. For instructions as to the recommended process for performing a manual uninstall, please click on the link below

Then, before you reinstall Print Shop 15, it might be a very good idea to perform a complete computer cleanup, as is described in this FAQ
