We will be getting a new computer or wiping our existing computer clean. Since this program "remembers" where the child has left off and what levels he/ she is on, I imagine there is a database file or files that holds this information. How do I copy the database of information that holds my child's statistics for the program? I would like to copy the database of information so that she may continue with the program as she is now. If we do not do this, she would lose all of her information and need to start the program all over again at level 1. She is almost done with the program. Our computer is Windows XP Professional. Thanks for your input!

Since those of us who help on these Encore forums are volunteer moderators only - who are neither employed by nor connected with either Customer Service or Technical Support - we do not have access to Technical Documents about the software.
