I have several documents I am making that are in different sizes, but will have the same content. I am having trouble copying content from one form to another. If I try to copy the content and open a new form, the content disappears and I am unable to paste it into the new document. What am I doing wrong?

Hi sari1980,

Based on my research, I'd have to say that you are not doing anything wrong.

First, it is very important to keep in mind that only one PM 2012 project can be opened at the same time.

Second, I have discovered that when I copy text and/or graphics from one PM 2012 project, I am not able to paste that text and/or graphics into either a different PM 2012 project or into any project in any other program.

My workaround for having several projects with the same content:

  1. open the old project
  2. resave under a new name
  3. change the project size and make your edits
