I purchased Print Shop Version 12 about 9 or 10 years ago and have been using it regularly since then. All of a sudden I went into it the other day to use it and got a message that it was not registered and I was unable to use the program.
I have never until now had a problem and there was nothing shown with that message that was functional - so I was not able at that time to register. What do I have to do to continue t use the Print Shop edition that I have now?
