I can not get all of the components in the options button in the above software.
When I click on the options button I am suppose to get the option "cards" so I can change the back or the face of the card , I do not get that "card" option ( it is not listed ). How do I get that option to appear so I can change my card appearance?

It is obvious there is no way, no matter what you do the card option it is not there Hoyle doesn't have a clue when you call them. They will refund you but you have to pay the shipping.
I was lucky enough to have my local WalMart take it back for a full refund after showing them a copy of the Hoyle Forum.
