While it might be possible to place an order with Encore / Broderbund for a software title, these programs can only be installed on a X32/X64 processor. They are not compatible with ARM variations of processors, and the fact that Windows RT was only developed for tablets, it does not include the desktop that Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro includes.
