Are you starting with a blank template or one of the pre-designed label sheets?
If blank, you need to add a text box. Then you can type your words into the text box.
If a pre-designed label sheet, the text box is already there. Click it to bring up the Text tools. Click the Edit Text icon. Now you can change the filler words in the text box.
If you want each label to have different info, you must use a label sheet project. If you want each label to be the same (e.g. your return address), choose a label project where the design area shows a single label. It will be duplicated to fill a full sheet when printing.
