Is it possible to make CD/DVD label covers with Printshop 2.0 Deluxe version or do I need the Professional version?

I don't know. version 2.0 came and went fairly quickly and it prints photos with some blurriness. I recommend version 23.1. It has many templates and what it doesn't have, you can create with the Custom Paper Wizard.
