Hi there,

One of my customers waqs having trouble with PM 2012 and we fixed it with the patch, however now he can't view the clip art. Any solutions for this?

"When I install the 3.0.3 from the CD I can view clip art ok.
When I install the upgrade 3.0.5 clip art is not accessible. The program searches for about 3-5 mins and then displays an error message that internet connection to the online server is not available.

Does the CD you have already have the clip art on the disc? How does this program function ? I am not familiar with it.

I would uninstall the program first, and then do a clean install and install the patch after the install is finished and then run the program.

PrintMaster 2012 does not have a patch 3.0.5. Do you mean Print Shop 3.0.5?

I've noticed that you have posted a couple of times in this PrintMaster 2012 forum. PrintShop 3.0 and PrintMaster 2012 have no similarities, so it is important that you post in the correct forum. Functionality solutions given for one program do not apply to the other. Not at all. Would feel badly if you were to waste time trying to apply a fix to the wrong program.
