I am creating a two-page month calendar and there is a 'To-Do' box on the right side. I have placed events that occur each day of the month in the ToDo box. I want to copy and paste the information I have placed in the first To-Do box in each month's To-Do box for the entire year. It is not allowing me to copy and paste. Help!

Hi, KristieJ,

First, let's establish how you're creating your To-Do list. Are you using a Task List object? If that's the case, I believe there's just one source of data for the tasks, and you wouldn't be able to have different tasks appear from one month to another. Maybe you can elaborate.

If a Task List cannot repeat each month (my CC Express version has no task functions, so I have no knowledge about them), here is what I would do to make a list repeat every month in the To Do box.

Add a note box in the To Do section. Type your list into the note box. Right-click it to bring up the Layout Object Properties window. Change the Repeat Rule to "every month" and Repeat For 12 months.
