I informed Encore months ago that I have created a phases of the moon file that covers the period from 2020 - 2029 but they never even bothered to respond.

Well that is truly disappointing! It's too bad we can't upload files (other than gif/txt/jpg under 200 kb) to share on this forum. Do you have a site where it could be downloaded from? If not, I could help with that.
