If someone were to give me a Mac as a gift, I wouldn't turn it down, however I've been doing graphics work for years on a PC and have seen no need to switch to a Mac. Check out my website in my signature link below. Everything you see there is done on PC.
All the business cards, flyers, invitations, collages that I make professionally at work is done on PC.
