I have PM 2012 Platinum and cannot install it. It gives me an error message to go to printmasterpacks.com. However, there is no patch there to fix my version of PM on Windows 8. How do I get the patch to fix my PM?

There is no patch that I know of and I did not see one at the Knowledgebase.

How you install this program under Windows 8 is critical. I was able to install PM Platinum 2012 under Windows 8 through a new installation of Win 8 (Not keeping previous files or folders ) without any issues and the program worked fine. However if you upgrade to Windows 8 from another OS and choose to keep program files and other things intact it can cause a problem. Currently the products listed under Works with Windows 8 only work best when you do a clean install of Windows 8.
