DEJenc3 -> RE: RE:# OF NAMES IN DAY CELL V.V 12.1 Deluxe (7/18/2013 2:27:16 PM) You would not transfer birthdays and events from year to year. They are managed with the Repeat rules. The calendars are continuous. I'm not sure why you can fit a given number of names in a cell. There could be variables with fonts, and with lengths of names. Also, in cell properties, you'll want to look in the Miscellaneous tab and try checking and unchecking the "Fit event cell size to description" to see if that changes it, and which setting you prefer.
