How do you export a project? I'm trying to post a calendar on my website. I've been able to save my document as a pdf, but when I go to the website, it does not read it. On older Printshop programs, I've always had to use the "export as" function.

If it's a PDF Then your website code would have to reflect the website location the PDF is stored. Otherwise, save the project as a JPEG and post it to your site as an image that everyone can view. That sounds easier. Not everyone wants to have the Adobe Reader on their computer.

Thank you. But how do you save the files in printshop to a jpeg?

This is how you export as JPG (or GIF). Choose pixel dimensions that fit within your web page. Alternatively, you could upload a screen capture of your calendar instead.

It is OK to provide your webpage address in your profile details.

Thank you. I am able to export most projects, just not calendar projects. Any suggestions?

I had mentioned doing a screen capture.

As an example, I went to my Yahoo email account and made a public calendar. It gave me the URL which I could embed into my web page here:
http://ellengard.freehomepage.com/calendarTest

The beauty is that the calendar is perpetual (people can click the forward button) and I can update the calendar while I am in my Yahoo mail. The updates show up instantly on my webpage.

This works with Google mail, too. Perhaps your email also. I think you'd like it. It looks more professional than a JPG of a calendar.

Do you have a mailing list where you send out Newsletters to members of your site? I was thinking on ellengard's idea of a screen capture. Except this screen capture could be something you can use to embed into a custom made email stationary that many people view. You have to be careful the wording you use in the stationary and the amount of images in there as some email providers flag bulky emails as spam depending on their sending file size.
