How do I design and print round lables in version 23 using Avery 22807 round lables, they don't show as a listed option?

Use the Custom Paper Wizard to create any template you need. You will find it under Tools on the menu bar. Detailed instructions are found in the Help> Help Contents, keyword search "custom paper".
