Is ther a way to reduce the amount of space for each entry in the Week Planner to prevent blowing off other events and holidays. It appears that there is a lot of extra space after the main information that is preventing other events to share the day entry space.

If you're trying to get more events and event detail into each cell, please check this setting:
Right-click in the cell, choose Properties, choose the Miscellaneous tab, and see that "Fit event cell size to description" is checked.

Located the check box and all works great and additional events are not blocked. Thank You
