A couple of days ago I was able to use the Headline feature in my work. Now all of a sudden, when I use it all I get is boxes and color but no letters in my headlines and it doesn't matter which font or size I try - the letters I use don't show up. Help please!!!

Have you installed the update patch? Scroll down to important information on this page:
http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/
It's supposed to fix some headline issues.
