I am very unhappy with this version of PrintMaster. It is so slow to load that I often have to wait 5 or more minutes just to get it to come up on the screen. When I try to load a template, that's another long wait. As a teacher, I don't have long lengths of time to wait for a program to load just to make a card or a flier.
I am running Mac OS 10.7 and 10.8 on two different machines. If the slowness cannot be fixed, I would like to speak with someone about either a refund, or another faster product. To whom would I speak to make this happen? The cost was $39.99 when I bought it last month.
