I ahve Windows 8.1 64 and it was doing so on win 7-64 before too.

How to reproduce the problem.
I create a project,
I save it.
I close PS
Open the project,
Modify it
Save
I get the above error

Print Shop 23 is not compatible with Win 8.1. It was also not 100% compatible with Win 7. Version 23.1 is Win 7 compatible, but NOT compatible with Win 8.1.
