how can I download the instruction manual for printshop deluxe 3.5 and print it out

The user manual is only available online on the printshop.com website, so you would print it the same way you would print any webpage. Click to the topic of interest, then click File> Print... from your browser's menu bar.

I do not know of any way to print the contents of an entire website with just one click.

If its just a certain part your looking for and you dont want to print the whole page, just use your mouse and hold down the left mouse button and select the amount of text you want and then go to File - Print and then print selection and you can just print out the text without having to waste ink on the images. Print out the images only if you want if you learn visually with pictures rather then just read the text.
