I recently purchased print shop professional 3.5. I used it for two weeks but now it will not let me access my clip art. I keep getting the message it could be a problem with my internet server, or they are having problems from their online source. I waited three days and then called encore support and they said it is not there problem. I called my internet service, cox, and we have shut down the firewall, it still did not work. I uninstalled my McAfee program and reinstalled it and it still does not work. I have uninstalled my Printshop 3.5 and reinstalled it and it still will not let me see any clip art. Any ideas!!!
