Your print preview should look like this.

In this example, all thirty labels will print, starting with label one (upper left label).
The print always starts at the top of the sheet unless you select a smaller number than 30 and a starting label from 4 or after.
For example, if you only want to print just the very last label, you would enter:
Number of Labels: 1
Starting Label: 30
