My telephone numbers are not printing completely in 23.1. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Do the numbers cut off because the text box is not wide enough?

Make your text box wider.

Please describe the project you are trying to print. e.g. is it a label project with mail merge fields?

I am trying to print a double sided address book.

So you are NOT doing a project (label, postcard, newsletter, etc.) You simply want to print the Address Book from the Ultimate Mail Manager program?

Then this screen capture should help:
File> Print... select Address Book... follow prompts.

That is the process I have used and it does not work.

It didn't print for me until I switched to another printer. I think because this program, UMM, is so old, it isn't compatible with a lot of printers. Here are some options you can try:
  • Go to your printer's website and see if there is an updated driver that you can install
  • create a PDF, then print the PDF
  • mail merge the entire Address Book to a label project and print the label project
