I am using PrintMaster 2011 and cannot find the template to use and print a half card envelope

You can open any envelope template, then go to Edit>Change Project Size/Type... then type in the new dimensions. I would guess that your envelope's new dimensions are width: 9, eight: 6.

Let me know if version 2011 has the Change Project Size/Type feature because I don't remember, but I am using version 6.0 which is similar.
