Due to a permissions error, the installation of Print Shop 3.5 may fail on Windows 8.1
To properly install TPS 3.5 on your Windows 8.1 computer do the following :
Insert the disc into the optical drive. Wait for a moment. Look for a notification at the top right that says Choose what you want to do with this disc.
Select browse for files and folders. Right click setup.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
The program will now install completely along with the fonts package.
If these specific instructions are not followed, then the installer will fail halfway through the installation and the fonts won't install resulting in the program returning a installation failed error.
