How do i put a frame around a part of a project? If I click on a boarder and it is only one line how do i make it into a frame

Also, can i take an object and make it into a frame? example: a green ribbon and i can put a boarder around a project that is little green ribbons

Duplicate the graphic three times. Rotate and flip the copies as needed. You can do this with the green ribbon graphic you mentioned.

thank you very much. so i just added 4 of the line and rotated them. that worked. but how would i make a single ribbon into a boarder? can you be more specific. i am really not with it when it comes to all this stuff. again thank you

Can i change the color of clip art. Example i wanted to change the jersey color of a football player.
