Mail Merge names missing (Full Version)

When trying to use Mail Merge to print labels and going to select names to merge one that I entered recently shows up in My Addresses and All Contacts but not in the list to select from for Mail Merge. Any suggestions ??

I have the same problem getting the last name to show up, what I found I had to do was to enter the last name twice

When you click Setup Mail Merge to bring up the Mail Merge Configuration window, you will see under "Contacts", a drop down menu for "Source". Choose the Address Book you just edited.

Did you create your Address Book with the Print Shop 3.5 via the Sharing tab? If not, this could be the problem. You can import your address data to create the required PS 3.5 Address Book.
