How do you put frames around name badge labels I am making for Avery 5395 labels? Specifically I want to frame the name badge with a frame that casts a shadow. I
found what I wanted in "borders" but it frames each name badge with multiple images of the border. I only want one to frame the whole name badge. How do you do that?

Under Art & Photos, choose Insert Frame. Choose a frame graphic. Stretch and position it over your name tag. With the graphic selected, you can click Effects, Apply Drop Shadow.
