I just installed Printshop on my Windows 8.1.
I am not able to scroll on any part of the window by touchscreen or the mouse
Will The Print Shop Professional 3.5 work with Windows 8.1

On my test computer with 8.1 and PS 3.5, I had a resolution of 1920x1080 and it worked and looked great. Can you possibily attach a screen shot. I want to see what it looks like.

We are working on a Lenova Thinkpad with a display of:
Wide Viewing Angle & High Density Flex view display 1366 x 768.
Cannot see the bottom of the window which includes the work area
and Insert Object tool bar

I uploaded a Screen Shot of my Lenova Thinkpad with a resolution of 1366 x 768.

The minimum resolution in order to view the entire workspace is 1024x768. It is higher if you have enlarged your display to 125% or 150%.

Have you hit the maximize buttons a couple of times? Just for good measure? It's in the center of the _ and X buttons.

It may refocus the app. Otherwise check to see if your using a font resolution that's higher then normal. If its normal or larger , try the smaller setting.

It looks like you are using 125% display which requires a screen resolution of 1280x960. As Jason suggested, you will need to reduce your display size.
