I've been trying to print out #10 envelope and the alignment is all wrong....

Did you set your printer for #10 envelope or did you leave it at its default setting?

If it's been awhile since you checked for updates to your printer driver, see your printer's website and download the latest drivers for your OS.

Ellengard.... I finally did find where I had to set it at 'envelopes #10' and I did get a business-sized envelope correctly printed. Thank you.

I really liked the old versions of Print Shop where it was more basic.
I'm having a lot of trouble learning the new versions. There is too much stuff that I don't need.

I wish they'd make a 'basic' Print Shop similar to the Print Shop 23 for Windows 8.1 like they had about 8-9 years ago....

I just figured how to blend font colors in gradient for Aerial Standard font this evening.

Printer Driver updates....Okay...I'll check them also... Thank you...

Print Shop 3.5 is an entirely new program developed for Win 7 and newer. Because it is not an update of Print Shop 23, you have to learn from the beginning again. In fact, it's easier to learn if you don't try to use prior experience.

Cool. Hmm... the gradient feature might make a good topic for the blog.
